Rich Company, Stamford ¨ Managed development of a portfolio of over $750 million, consisting of 1.44 million square feet in seven office buildings, 355 hotel rooms, and 550 apartments ¨ Improved quality control and performance characteristics of new buildings, upgrading curtain walls, HVAC systems, elevators, energy management, and building communications systems ¨ Managed joint venture development of a new 925,000 sq. ft. urban, regional shopping mall with three major department store anchors and a 3800 car garage. |

Yale & Towne Industrial Park, Stamford ¨ Principal development and zoning consultant for rezoning and redevelopment planning for a 22-acre functionally obsolescent industrial park in Stamford ¨ Produced both a financial feasibility model for the full redevelopment of the project and new Mixed Use Development Design District zoning. ¨ Property received Planning & Zoning approvals for conversion to a regional mixed-use office, retail, and residential development of approximately 1.2 million square feet |
