ABOUT US
Science City Advisors is a business name for D.C. Lyndon
& Associates, Ltd., a professional management consulting firm founded by Dennis
Lyndon in 1993. It is a compact development advisory firm which specializes in
integrating the expertise and resources of private and public sector
organizations in solving complex urban development problems, thereby meeting the
objectives of the participants as well as enhancing the communities in which
they operate. Where the requirements of the work dictate a larger team, Mr.
Lyndon brings together under his leadership specialists from various critical
disciplines to make sure all issues are fully addressed in a timely fashion.
Dennis Lyndon has enjoyed
an extensive career both as a senior real estate executive and as an independent
consultant. For over 30 years he has planned and executed or consulted on
numerous major real estate development projects (click

Most of his work has been executed in an urban, highly regulated environment and
has focused on all aspects of conventional urban and suburban real estate
finance and development,
often utilizing various forms of public-private partnerships.
As a commercial real
estate development executive, he created an urban portfolio of development
projects valued at over $900 million. This included over 4.5 million square
feet of commercial space in seven new office buildings, one of the first
successful downtown urban malls, two hotels and various types of residential
projects.
Over the past several
years, Science City Advisors has developed a specialty consulting practice
focusing on all aspects of the feasibility analysis, design, financing,
development, marketing & promotion, and management of projects involving
academic expansions, mixed-use projects providing new work, study, and living
environments, university related research parks, technology centers, and other
research based economic development initiatives. (Examples of this work are

Mr. Lyndon is an active member of the Association of
University Research Parks (AURP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
EDUCATION
Dennis Lyndon graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering and a concentration in Nuclear Physics and
Electrical Engineering. He then served for 5 years as an officer in the US
Navy’s nuclear submarine force. He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
