It is a compact development advisory firm which specializes in integrating the expertise and resources of private and public sector organizations in solving complex urban development problems, thereby meeting the objectives of the participants as well as enhancing the communities in which they operate.  Where the requirements of the work dictate a larger team, Mr. Lyndon brings together under his leadership specialists from various critical disciplines to make sure all issues are fully addressed in a timely fashion.

Dennis Lyndon has enjoyed an extensive career both as a senior real estate executive and as an independent consultant.  For over 30 years he has planned and executed or consulted on numerous major real estate development projects (click here for a complete résumé).  Most of his work has been executed in an urban, highly regulated environment and has focused on all aspects of conventional urban and suburban real estate finance and development, often utilizing various forms of public-private partnerships.
